Two more people have been arrested in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.
A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.
These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.
A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been released.
Officers arrested a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.
Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several people injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.
The attack - which police said was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
